We have an exciting opportunity for a Pega PRPC system Architect to join our clients upwardly mobile and highly visible team. In this exciting role, you will be working with business leaders and technology teams to deliver BPM solutions. You will work in an interactive and incremental manner to deliver value to our business. Responsibilities Include: - Ensures delivered work product meets/performs to functional requirements - Coordinates daily work with offshore delivery team(s) - Have a solid understanding of the BPMS methodology and the main features of BPMS workflow capabilities; their features and limitations - Complete work in time / effort budget. Provide proactive updates to leadership if timelines or effort estimates are in jeopardy -Provides regular updates to leadership on project progress and outstanding issues -Customer Success (realization of business benefit) -Understands and applies procedures, regulations, and policies related to areas of specialized expertise -Possesses the appropriate level of technical/functional expertise and knowledge -Other responsibilities and key result areas will be assigned as required Requirements Required: -5+ years of development experience -2+ years of Pega PRPC development experience -Pega PRPC CSSA certification is required or equivalent Pega PRPC work experience -Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent Assets: - Experience working as part of an onshore/offshore model - Experience working in the Healthcare industry - Self-motivated with a mindset of continuous learning and development - Demonstrated leadership skills/results oriented Fast Switch, Ltd. is a 15-year-old IT Consulting company with offices in Detroit, MI and Columbus, OH and doing business in almost half the states in the union.
