Desktop Service - Support Specialist
Our client, the world's largest IT and consulting services company, is looking for a Desktop Service Support Specialist. The Desktop Service Support Specialist will be required to provide technical expertise and consultancy, primarily on the desktop and associated platforms to internal and external customers. The Desktop Service Support Specialist may also be required to record and prioritise incidents whilst dealing with IMAC requests to ensure problems are resolved within the agreed SLA's. You will also be required to maintain a broad knowledge of our clients IT infrastructure to ensure the prompt resolution of incidents. Position Requirements; * Experience in a 2nd or 3rd line support role * Excellent level of technical skills in desktop support role environments * ITIL, MCDST, MCSA or MCSE qualified
