Our client is looking for a Business Analyst with experience working on enterprise wide systems. The individual will be working closely with key stakeholders on upgrades and enhancements to the clients membership and customer management software. We are looking for an energetic, go-getter with a great attitude and outstanding interpersonal skills. The ideal Business Analyst candidate will possess the following experience: Business Analysis background, including but not limited to, requirements gathering, requirements documentation, and requirements validation. Ideal candidate will have proven ability to work with Project Managers that lead the projects from inception to the end. Must have the ability to convert the requirements into Functional Specifications, Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Use Cases. Proven ability to develop test strategies, test plans and test cases for User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Ability to innovate and apply best practices to various business challenges. Must be able to work independently with minimal direction. Strong problem solving skills. Must have proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
