Experienced iOS Developer for Consumer Internet Startup
Job Description We recently launched an innovative consumer internet app for the iPhone, and need to expand our team. We need an outstanding iOS Developer to start immediately, and help us deliver on our aggressive roadmap. Key Responsibilities • Quickly deliver high-quality code for a world-class user experience. • Implement leading-edge technologies to enable rapid scalability. • Ship a beautiful product on time, every time. Ideal Experience and Skills • Must have proven experience with iOS 5, Objective C, Cocoa Touch, XCode 4.2, GitHub. • Able to optimize app performance and user experience via SQLite and CoreData. • iPad development experience and porting UI from iPhone to iPad is highly desirable. • 3+ years of hands-on coding experience building consumer mobile apps or websites. • Experienced with consumer internet APIs (foursquare, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn) via OAuth. Other Experience and Skills • Familiarity with .NET and Visual C# back-end web services, and SQL Server 2008 is a plus. • Able to implement Test-Driven Development and Continuous Deployment. • Able to refactor existing code base on the fly.
