Customer Support Agent
Job Description Seeking a Customer Support Agent to work as part of our team. You will respond to sales agents in the field via email and telephone, assist clients with various inquiries on the phone and through email, update/maintain our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software. We are looking for a contractor who meets the following requirements: 1. Excellent written and oral communication skills 2. Good command of the English language 3. Minimum of 100 O’Desk hours 4. Excellent telephone etiquette skills 5. CRM experience preferred but not required 6. Reliable high-speed Internet connection 7. Available to work Mon – Fri, 9am to 5pm EST 8. Positive attitude with a willingness to learn 9. Customer service experience both inbound and outbound 10.
