Fix Wordpress PHP Error

When we tried to update our wordpress multisite to the latest version, something went wrong, and now the screen goes blank. I restored the database to the previous version, so the site is still live, however now we can't update it, or install plugins without this happening. It seems to have something to do with the PHP. We're looking for someone to fix it. Shouldn't be hard. No content, or current design elements can be lost. This is a Wordpress Multisite, there are 5 sites under it.
