PROJECT MANAGER - SITE FACILITIES FIXED TERM CONTRACT We are currently in a position to recruit a Project Manager to join the Engineering Team of a world leading pharmaceutical company at the Cheshire site. The role will focus on developing an effective project and utility engineering service to site facilities. ROLE: Key responsibilities of the PROJECT MANAGER Provide an effective project management service for CAPEX projects and energy management initiatives Manage resident contract engineering design and project management service providers and monitor performance. Manage and maintain accurate financial data to provide control of capital expenditure on projects. Submit capital proposals, justifications and NPV calculations Lead and motivate project teams to achieve targets Ensure all work is covered by competent staff are are effectively managed in accordance with company standards and procedures Ensure that the required standard of cGMP and EHS are implemented and maintained. Manage the interface and provision of site utilities from 3rd party suppliers. Monitor utilities budget and advise on forecasts in external costs. The successful candidate will hold a minimum HND qualification in a relevant engineering discipline and must have proven experience of managing multiple projects for site facilities and services. (HVAC, Refrigeration, Building Structures, Boilers etc) Candidates must also have a good understanding and knowledge of validation practices. The individual must demonstrate excellent organisational and planning skills. You will be action orientated and must be able to communicate with people at all levels within the organisation.
