Main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /> Taking orders via phone, fax, and email. Assisting customers with product availability, pricing, and scheduling of shipments. Process sample requests and order entry of sales orders. 10% outbound calls to reach out to current clients and assess their needs for new business. Requirements: Must have 1+ year of experience in a customer service role and have a photography background. Must have interest in the photography field and have experience working and talking with photographers in regards to their industry. Must have excellent communication skills. Must be professional, personable, and outgoing. Bachelor?s degree required.
