Job Description I need a website in both french and english asking a series of personality questions and displaying the personality type of the user at the end of the questionnaire depending on his answers. - i provide the url but still don't have hosting - website needs to be protected behind a login / password - all texts displayed are provided by me - the logic behind the questionnaire is also provided - each answer gives a certain amount of points to a specific variable. There are 8 variables in total that will determine the personality type. - design of the website needs to be done (i don't provide anything) but it needs to stay very simple. this is not a commercial website. design is not important here, the website must still be good looking, simple and readable. - must be compatible with most common browsers (IE, safari, opera, firefox, chrome) - must be easily converted for ipad (adaptation is outside of scope but might be a later job) - it must be possible to add other languages afterwards without redeveloping everything front end / user flow : - user enters a login password to enter the website - one page explains how the test works - the user is then asked to enter his gender, name and email address. - the test is then launched - the test in itself consists of a list of questions, each with 2 possible answers. (88 questions at the moment) - each question is displayed separately on the page, with 2 big buttons, one for each possible answer - When pressing a button, the next question is displayed. - A progress bar at the bottom indicates progress throughout the test. - when the test is completed, the result is displayed. additional links allow to learn more about the test and its interpretation. (simple html pages with links between them, around 20 pages) - All this in html 5 for smooth transition between each question and the display of results back end : when a test is completed : that is when displaying of the personality type on screen, 2 emails are sent in the background : one email to the user with a complete description of the personality type with an attached pdf or word document (still to be decided) another email to an internal address stating the name of the user, his email address, the date of the test and the result - a tool allowing to create, change, revoke, login/passwords to access the site - a database allowing to add or remove questions and alter text from questions - a grid allowing to modify the points awarded per each answer - a database allowing to alter the text of the resulting personality of each type and upload / modify resulting document sent by email. - every month, an email is sent to me stating how many tests were started (email and name entered) per user and how many tests were completed per user Keywords: Web Programming, pdf, html5, html, french, english, design
