Service Delivery Manager - ITIL - v3 A large global Oil & Gas organisation is currently recruiting for a talented and highly skilled Service Delivery Manager (ITIL v3), to join their latest Programme of work. Responsibilities: -Provide IT service delivery and operational experience to the program. -Provide ITIL process implementation experience to the program -Provide thought leadership for process development and deployment -Provide intervention expertise to ensure all streams of the program stay on track -Provide input to program strategy -Assist the Programme Manager with: -Leadership and management -Senior stakeholder management and communication -Communication of program status to the relevant Governance Boards -The interdependencies and integration issues with other programmes, ensuring plans are fully aligned. -Development, implementation and maintenance of program scope and plan Experience: -Experience of leading and managing delivery of major, complex, multi location and multi stakeholder business change programs -Extensive senior IT Service Delivery and Operations experience -Extensive strategy development experience -Extensive experience of working within a large outsourced organisation -Strong team management skills -Strong organisational influence and relationship management at a senior level -Abilities and confidence in managing activities with conflicting priorities -Experience in the orchestration of metrics/management reporting -Risk & Issue Management Certifications and Education: -University degree or specialised training or equivalent work experience -ITIL Service Management certification -Second Language Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
