We have a site in Northern B.C. where we need to re-develop the look and feel of the exterior of 4 existing buildings that each contain 8 separate living units. Sample existing exterior shots are attached. The scope of work requires that a overhead plan view of the existing location be created, using a combination of web (Google Maps) and on site measurements and photo's that we can provide. Existing building drawings are not available. The first phase involves processing a DP application to the local city hall. The requirements of this application are available on-line. I will respond to serious inquiries with links and more photographs of the existing site. In short we need to provide a plan view of the before and after, including overhead depictions of exterior upgrades (patio's, peaked porch covers and other "plant on" improvements to the building. There will also have to be a landscape plan in order to show upgrade to existing landscaping and walkways. The elevations will need to be rendered to show new exterior colors, new windows and doors in the same penetrations as currently. This proposal is NOT for full tender, permit and construction drawings at this time, rather it is to simply pass the high level DP process. Should this be successful the follow on work will be available for other levels and details of drawings. In summary - plan view of architectural and landscape design, 4 elevations showing all sides of the property as future upgraded in color. 3D not required, but is a bonus if included in your reply.
