Consultation for non-fulfillment of a contract. Law of California - Contracts
Hello, We need a consultation with a lawyer/attorney for what we think it is a NON-FULLFILLMENT of a contract of some telemarketing services (the hours stated in the agreement were not performed) The 2-pages agreement was signed according to the laws of the State of California. Besides the non-fulfillment of the agreement, when we tried to solve the situation in good faith, we only got reproaches, insults, lies and threats. We would like a bid for a very first consultation, receiving advice on what to do or what not to do and then we would decide, accordingly, if we go ahead with a sue.
