We at Manpower are currently recruiting on behalf of our client: a Global Blue Chip Financial Organisation based in central London for a Marketing Managment. The role would include at a minimum: · Specific support to the Director of Marketing and the Project Manager within the Programme Office · Provide event execution and activation support on various initiatives run out of the Programme Office · Provide additional event execution and activation support on various initiatives related to the programme but run out of partner teams. · Manage the content management team, or agency, to ensure that all content is vetted against agreed criteria, is refreshed in a timely and relevant manner, is compliant and in keeping with brand values, and is accurate and correct · Provide ongoing support to represent the Programmes Office in various working groups, including the agile digital sprints · Provide marketing execution support on the network UK Campaign and any additional premium programme comms; · Provide financial support managing the Programme Office budgets relating to all activity; to include MR raising, invoice paying, budget tracking and reporting · Financial reporting coordination with partner business units regarding monies distributed from the budget pot; ensure distribution and full use · Any other administrative support required to the Programme Office Desirable Competencies Marketing, Negotiation, Matrix Management, Event organziation
