Job Description I am the design manager for a full service design. We specialize in high-end residential remodel projects for young people/students and are looking to build relationships with interior designers with a modern design aesthetic. We will offer a high volume of consistent work for the right people. We would like to use this as a trial project. The project is to design a one of the studio rooms at the attached pdf file surround for the living area of a condominium remodel. Scope of work involves the following: 1. The design of the room should modern, proportional and functional. 2. Provide sketches, images and any other graphics you feel are necessary to describe your design. 3. Provide plans and elevations of the room and its surround. 4. Identify materials through notes and images. I expect this will be about 2 hours of work, but may be more depending on how quickly you work.
