My client is looking for a Senior BA to join the team working with 2 major brands. Digital Agency Experience is essential and knowledge of the automotive industry would be a bonus. Requirements * Experience in information technology and/or the consulting business to include: project estimation; feasibility studies; business analysis; business design reviews; implementation; user acceptance testing; documentation; functional reviews; and project management. * Insight and understanding of Object Oriented projects. * Hands-on level Business Analysis and Use Case Modelling for large projects. * Experience undertaking QA/business reviews and troubleshooting engagements. * A full understanding of the project lifecycle with experience of how the BA can feed into these areas * Demonstrated business knowledge of Customer Interaction business space. * Knowledge of a formal analysis methodology (RUP, MSF, ProcessMentor). * Solid experience working with project teams, system integrators, and customer install projects. * Solid consulting experience, including management of customer expectations. * Strong understanding of OO concepts and OO analysis, supported by concrete project experience. * Practical knowledge of UML, Use Case analysis, and functional diagramming. * Flexible in adapting methodologies to suit project needs. * Experience in organizing and running meetings at a high level. * Ability to present complex business and technical issues in understandable terms. * Demonstrable ability to successfully resolve situations that are broadly defined, complex, diverse, and occasionally unprecedented. * Ability to perform in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. * Adept at creating practical solutions to daily business challenges. * Effective interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills to include consultation, facilitating, and leading workshops. * Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
