Interaction Designer that leads an interactive design to create a product that builds positive emotional feelings with customers over a website and mobile application. Must be able to understand and communicate the emotional desires of our customers. Design and develop user mobile interfaces ? Translate the business requirements and user research into the product while effectively communicating design rationale ? Take existing wireframes and design specs to deliver enhanced UI ? Work effectively in an agile development environment ? Ensure consistency of product design across multiple mobile platforms ? Guarantee design and experience quality through the development to product launch ? Present work to the developers and owners and synthesize feedback while maintaining ownership and full transparency of the product design Qualifications: ? Experience as a interactions designer, user experience designer, product designer or similar role designing mobile and or web applications. ? BS/MS in a design related discipline. ? Strong knowledge of user interface design processes and methodology, particularly as applied to Web-based applications and mobile devices ? In-depth knowledge in mobile and tablet platforms. ? Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as OmniGraffle, PhotoShop, Illustrator, Axure, InDesign, and FireWorks ? Knowledge of capabilities and limitations of Web technologies including HTML5, JavaScript, and CSS to enhance prototype production ? Strong design portfolio with proven Web and/or mobile UX work, and examples of launching and iterating real products ? Excellent communication, collaboration, and organization skills while paying attention to detail. ? Ability to be flexible and take action in a fast-paced sometimes ambiguous environment ?
