Media customer service role with double time on Sundays!

Market leader, dynamic and successful Ongoing casual work Working for an iconic Australian media group, you will be responsible for handling a range of calls for their leading publication. Currently, they seek a Customer Service Consultant to join the team!! As a Customer Service Consultant you will be required to complete the following: Handling a high number of calls Making warm outbound calls Customer service Email correspondence Discuss subscription options and expand current offerings The successful candidate will need to possess the following skills and experience: Previous experience in a contact centre is preferred Possess strong decision making and problem solving skills Excellent communication skills and phone manner Strong attention to detail Strong customer service skills Intermediate Microsoft Office skills You will be required to work 37 hours a week with a roster spread over seven days. The opening hours of the department are 7am to 5pm Monday - Friday, 7am to 2pm Saturday and 7am to 12pm Sunday. Ideally you will be available to work three weekends out of every eight. The hourly rate is $22 ph plus super Monday to Friday with penalty rates at the weekend with the Sunday shift attracting double time.
