We are looking for a browser based utility (.Net and MSSQL Server... .Net framework 2.0) to convert EDI and 5010 into excel (with provider, subscriber, dependent, payers and ref info) - storing ISA (header info for 271 conversion) replacing payer_id from external source. Also, 271 edit and regenration by replacing ISA, and payer_id and keeping same reference_id.
