Job Description We are looking for a bookkeeper who is efficient in Quickbooks Premier 2011. Duties would include: - Invoicing - Generating Company Reports - Updating/Downloading Bank and Credit Card Accounts - Reconciling Bank and Credit Card Accounts - Matching/Verifying Reciepts with entries (Keeping in Adobe PDF organized) All the above tasks would need to be done on a weekly basis with company reports generated and availble by monday morning.
