I have a table in which one of the rows is Dates. Unfortunately the database I uploaded it from used the 2/27/2011 format. Since the format is wrong for mysql ( 2011-2-27 ) I cannot change the type of field too Date. I need a way to convert the string date field to an actual date field so I can use the between command. SELECT * FROM Properties WHERE STR_TO_DATE(`Sold Date`, '%a, %c %b %Y %k:%i:%s') between '2011-06-15' AND '2011-06-21' I've been doing a little reading i'm lost. Ultimately I'm trying to pull anything from Present to the last 6 months date on mysql.
