We have a Magento store (about to go live in a week). We would like to integrate that with ZenDesk (the Helpdesk system). Specifically, we would like to accomplish the following: a) Install the Magento/ Zendesk extension to allow single sign of Magento customers into Zendesk portal b) Allow the help desk agents in Zendesk to single sign on into Magento admin screen and look up customer's information. Specifically, we would like to see a link (widget?) in Zendesk ticket screen that allows the help desk agent to look up and open the Magento admin/ Customer page based upon the email address included in the ticket.
