Hi, We need a front and back end website designed to the exact layout of the attached pdf - and all the relevant pages. the site will have a landing page where users either register or log in. Registry will include all usual contact details plus a short questionnaire that provides data for the next level of user interaction and recommendation. Once logged in, the user will see a number or "providers' of services. Once clicked, each of these will go to a more detailed page of that providers services - the user can express interest in that provider. they can then go back to the main Provider menu. The site will be managed via an administration section. See attached files for details. The site will also need to deliver a single elearning course for users. This will let around an hour, be SCORM compliant and probably sit on a Moodle site - The Moodle site will need to 'talk' with the back end database and take log-in from the main registration or log-in from the website. If you have elearning development experience then I also need around 1 hour of SCORM compliant learning completed as well. It will contain video clips, voiceovers and other interactions as well as a short quiz a the close. A common authoring tool would be ideal in case further editing is required. Please let me know what you would suggest. If you are not able to complete the elearning element but can complete the rest then please let me know.
