Looking for an Administrative Assistant !!! Responsibilities: Provide administrative assistance to company executives. Distribute weekly reports and create/maintain/distribute monthly reports. Answer telephone, create various documents, maintain office supplies. Pickup/deliver mail, scan documents, make travel arrangements, maintain phone lists, organizational charts, calendars. Assist in other administrative duties and needs as they arise Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel; Microsoft Power Point; Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Word required. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or equivalent Excellent organizational skills with ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and pay attention to detail Excellent computer skills, MS Office: Word, Excel, Powerpoint Strong oral and written communication skills Temp and Temp to Hire Opportunities, both full time and part time, available in the Houston area paying $300 Per Assignment Desired Skills: Admin Assistant Keywords: Other - Administrative Support, Assistant, Admin
