I am looking for an IVR solution based on Asterisk with around E1 30 channels. Following shall be the IVR flow: 1. Welcome to Frameworks Animation. Choose your Language 2. Customer may choose 1 for English and 2 for Hindi 3. Marathi 3. Please press 1. for 3D Max Course details, 2 for Photoshop, 3 for Corel Draw, etc. 8 for talking to one of our faculty and 9 for our Customer Care Representative 4. The customer may have option of Relistening to the course details at the end of listening to course details by pressing #, Return to main menu by pressing 0, or connect with Customer Care by pressing * The duration of calls may be long and we need to have panel to completely control the IVR flow. We would also like to send the caller an SMS after completion of call. Please let me know should you need more clarification.
