Job Description Need a PHP web developer with a flair for design and simplicity. I am looking to build a web portal which has the following features: · dynamic Content Management System with a master admin, multiple child admins, user logins (preliminary version of naukri.com; content could be text, photos or videos) · user driven ratings (similar to tripadvisor.com) · basic social networking (Users can create their profiles based on pre-defined fields, “like”/”dislike” any content uploaded, search users/content) Having prior hands on experience with My SQL, HTML5, JavaScript is a must. The coding practices must be efficient with proper documentation. A minimalist approach stressing on functionality, performance (site should load quickly even on dial-up connections) and aesthetics is required from a design perspective. Experience with a lot of creativity in terms of web app design, graphics and Photoshop will be preferred. Expected time of project completion is 8-10 weeks. Payments will be milestones based, which will be agreed after discussions with the selected freelancer. Freelancers based in NCR Delhi, India and having prior relevant experience need only apply. There will be weekly meetings to track progress which will be based in NCR.
