Hi, My wife, college-age daughter and I are relocating to the St. Petersburg/ Clearwater, FL area this summer. My wife and I will be there April 3-4 to find and lease a home. We've seen many great properties online, in fact there are too many. We currently live in Minnesota and find it difficult to come up with a practical way to book viewings for the trip. I'm sure someone in the Tampa area is better informed to select reputable individuals or rental firms, and can better avoid scam ads. I would like a motivated person to identify and book appointments for this trip. We would like several appointments both days (evening is fine too), planned to account for drive-time. I would like to have an itinerary completed and delivered before 03/31/2012. We don't need help during the trip, but being available by phone to answer questions those days would be very helpful. Based on my research, below is a list of areas ranked by interest. These are not set in stone, once I hire someone we are open to advice based on expertise. 1st: Clearwater | Dunedin | Largo | Seminole 2nd: Palm Harbor | Tarpon Springs | Pinellas Park | St. Petersburg 3rd: Riverview | Apollo Beach | Ruskin Some additional information to help with your proposal: -3+ bedroom, 2+ bath, 1+ garage single family house -Move in June, 2012 -Up to $1,200 / month -Dog < 15 lbs., cat welcome, will pay pet deposit -Will sign long-term lease in exchange for lower rent or other considerations I don't foresee this as too time consuming, especially if you already have contacts in the market. I do not expect visits to the properties before bookings; this can all be done by phone/ email. I'll share more details concerning our tastes with the successful candidate, but there is nothing out of the ordinary that will make this job harder to execute.
