Job Description I do have a simple machines forum working on my site. Some customizations where done to a base 1.1.11 version. Now I need to change behavior in few things: · Currently, my forum is semi-closed. This is: I set, for each of the threads, if it can be read only by registered users, or by anybody. If the thread is private, when a non-registered user tries to read it, the login page is propmpted. I want to change this. I want all the threads to be private. Non-registered users will be able to see first words (a configurable number of words) of each of the posts in the thread. Finally, at the bottom, the login form is shown, and a sentence and an image are displayed bellow. If user is registered, will be able to see complete thread, and nor the login form, nor the image and the sentence will be shown. · One more customization is a "Search" box in the home page. All threads are labeled according to the topic or topics that are covered. After executing the search, the resultset is filtered, shown just the threads with the label user choosed (it will be understood having a look to the live environment). Nowadays it's mandatory to have some words entered in the search. I would like, as well, to be able to perform the search without any word, so ALL threads with that label are returned.
