An exciting opportunity exists for a HR Advisor to join Astron Environmental Services for a period of 12 months with the possibility to become a permanent employee. Full Time Position Initial 12 Month Contract (with a possibility to become permanent) Friendly, Flexible and Dynamic Environment   Astron Environmental Services is one of Australia’s longest established environmental consultancies with over 25 years continuous experience in Western Australia. Astron specialises in remote area environmental projects and has extensive experience in the mining, pastoral, oil and gas and conservation areas, particularly throughout the Pilbara, Kimberley and Mid-West regions of WA. As a result of our continued growth, a position for an HR Advisor has now become available within the Company.   As a true generalist and reporting to the Managing Director, this role entails a large  range of HR duties including managing the end-to-end recruitment process, developing and maintaining policies and procedures,  facilitating performance management processes (probationary reviews, performance reviews and disciplinary procedures), and attending to the day-to-day HR issues within the office.   Whilst experience in the resources sector or a similar industry is preferred it is not essential.  A HR qualification and a minimum of 3 years HR advisory experience is required.
