Southside location Long term temp assignment Monday - Friday We require several experienced customer service representatives to work in a busy inbound call centre on Brisbane's south side. Your experience working in a fast paced call centre environment coupled with your ability to learn and retain information quickly would suit these highly sought after roles. If you are energetic, confident and reliable and can create a positive impression whenever interacting with customers, this role is right for you. These positions are based on Brisbane’s south side and are long term assignments commencing in April 2012. To be successful in these roles you will possess the following: • recent and proven experience in a busy call centre environment; • high level keyboard/computer skills; • a well developed ability to learn and retain new information; • the capacity to work with a script; • excellent communication skills; • a commitment to delivering quality customer outcomes; and • the flexibility to work between 7am and 7pm Monday to Friday.
