As the QA Analyst in New York, New York, you will have the following responsibilities: Provide input into the Test Approach Analyze system requirements/designs to create test conditions and expected results in HP Quality Center Create high quality and comprehensive test script documents for test execution in HP QC Facilitate meetings with Design and Build teams to verify developed test deliverables effectively cover the requirements and design Ensure test scripts are updated with feedback from Design and Build teams and approved Change Requests Work with design/ development/ test leads to resolve issues with scripts and verify application functionality Perform environment sanity tests Execute manual test scripts in Quality Center Create and execute test cases, log and assign defects and keep track of the defects to closure Communicate individual test execution status to team lead Assist the support team in deployment activities Other related development tasks in the SDLC The consultant will be responsible for the following deliverables: Test phase and related documentation Requirement traceability Test plans and test strategy Detailed test cases, test conditions Test scripts Results of test execution In addition to the experience performing the responsibilities listed above, candidates must have a strong ability to communicate and interact with different teams as well as the ability to work independently and be fully responsible for work results.
