First, please note I will actually pay $1,000.00 for a quality e-commerce website. Second, you must be able to complete my site within 30 days. Finally, I have been burned by 2 bad developers and will deposit and pay only based on completed phases. I'm looking to have a T-shirt related promotional products e-commerce site created while also implementing software that will allow for the creation of caricatures to be placed on graphics/Avatars, which will then be used to be placed on T-shirts and other products. Caricature software must work and function properly throughout my website and you must have expertise with creating a Specialized Design Area. There are several specific features needed on my site and everything must be controlled from admin module/area. Sample of site is attached. I'm a novice at creating an e-commerce site, Admin Area 1. Admin: Administration must be able to EASILY add hundreds of products in up to 50 different categories, sub-categories and edit prices as necessary. There must be an area for regular prices and sales prices. Sales prices will become active only when needed. 2. Admin must be able to add templates for the design of the front and back T-shirt. This feature should be used with all the products being sold. 3. Admin, if you cannot implement free caricature software to my site, you must be able to create a module that will allow admin to easily receive uploaded photos from customers, be able to instantly send photos to artist creating caricature, provide an avenue to have artist easily receive photo and easily send created caricature back to admin, and admin send caricature to customer for approval, 1-3 times. (Customer must be able to select from several graphics, that admin will provide, to have caricatures placed on. Customer must also be able to select up to 5 different versions of a caricature they may want created. But again, that is if you cannot connect caricature software. 4. Admin must be able to easily and possibly automatically or manually disperse orders to various manufacturers as orders come in for immediate fulfillment. There must also be a module to enter manufacturers information which will automatically be accessed and attached to customers orders as necessary and ready for admin to order products. 5. Admin must be able to create and allow advertising pages for vendors or allow vendors the ability to create their own advertising website directly on our site. 6. Admin must be able to upload promotional information for Casino Winners or allow them to upload their own information through their customers account. 7. Admin, must be able to adjust product prices for customers and separate pricing system for vendors who will purchase it bulk. It must be easy for vendors to order quantity, sizes, colors and a pricing grid......for example, 1000 t-shirts ordered, but 100-500 $12.00, $10.00, $8.00, etc. 100 in blue medium, 200 in red large, etc. Admin should be able to set the minimum and maximum bulk purchasing units. 8. Admin should be able to control every last aspect of the site from top to bottom, easily. 9. Most payments should be made with PayPal, or other options that we may provide. 10. Admin must be able to send single e-mails or mass e-mails to customers and edit e-mails as necessary. Admin must be able to merge e-mails as necessary. The features above show about 75% of the features needed for this site.
