Medical Admin Clerk
This position in Tampa, Florida will entail reviewing documents that correlate to claims subpoenas, sorting and forwarding materials to council, and answering phone calls pertaining to the materials. Duties: Collates and files Completes routine forms Checks or verifies data Photocopies Sends, picks up and distributes faxes May use calculator to compile simple figures May stuff and/or address envelopes Light typing Specific Qualifications (required unless noted otherwise): 1 year of experience is preferred Ability to do detailed work Ability to use 10 key adding machine preferred Ability to file and sort alphabetically and numerically Ability to learn a variety of processing functions Good analytical ability Ability to work independently Minimum typing 25 wpm Office skills Mailroom function skills Telephone skills
