The Cloud Developer for Business Solutions will develop our Salesforce.com strategy and participate in system design and implementation, provide website strategy and development, and improve internal team solution design practices. Qualifications ? 3 to 5 years of coding (Java, Apex, or Visualforce) and website development (Javascript, PHP, or similar required) experience At least 1 or more years of developer management experience ? Best practice knowledge of programming and coding process; ability to deep-dive code but emerge enough to think strategically about our systems and structures to make improvements ? Cost-saving mindset; should embrace the 'outsource only when strictly necessary' mentality ? Excellent verbal and written communication skills; great communication needed not only with non-technical peers in the organization, but with a non-developer manager as well ? Cloud technology proficiency, ideally with Salesforce.com and Confluence Wiki ? Cultivated personal organization system; practice of inbox-zero or similar method of inbox/tasks required; excellent calendar management skills ?
