We are seeking programmers to code a Content/Link unlocking site. The site should be similar to Sharecash.org or Bee4.biz with some extra features. User enters a URL the system should shorten the URL and whenever the short ULR is called a locking widget appears. User has to complete an offer or survey. Once the offer or survey is completed the user has access to the URL. The revenue that is generated by the Survey or Offer will have to be shared by the user who submitted the URL at certain percentage. -Surveys and offers will come from an XML feed as well as from our own admin. -Users have to be able to customize their widgets including look and feel and also how long the locker allows access to that page. -The system must be able to receive callbacks from the survey and offer providers. -System has to be able to account the offer revenue derived by each user and properly account for it, so monthly payments can be dispersed.
