Homebased Customer Service-Part time or Full time
In need of a person with perfect English, to provide phone customer service. Sit in the comfort of your own home, answer from your own phone, and enter information from your own computer. The subject matter is sensitive medical issues, and the sale of the products we sell to eliminate the ailment. Training provided. 1. Customer calls for information, to ask questions or to place an order. The phone number will forward to your home phone 2. You will answer phone, "Thank you for calling customer service, how may I help you?" 3. Answer questions about the medical problem or the product for sale. You will be provided information to learn about the problem, not expect prior knowledge. 4. If a customer wishes to place an order, you will put in their information on the website and click submit. Must be comfortable with sensitive medical issues. Some days are busy and others are not, but you need to be by your phone and available during agreed upon times only. Currently, part time, but could go to full time.
