Job description: I need someone familiar with Wordpress to assist me in building a website that has the above items in it. Tabs/pages would include: Home, About, Events, Newsletter, Blog, Upcoming Projects/Books, Workshops, Community, Store (perhaps). This would be a good list to get us started. I have some of the content already completed for a few of the sections. If you take a look at two websites: cherylrichardson.com and nancylevin.com; these will give you good ideas of how I would like my site set up. I do have my domain name and I own a domain name that I use for my blog site that I would like to keep for my blog on my Wordpress page (just direct the blog to that domain). Design Type: New Website Purpose of the WordPress Website: Informational / Online Brochure Number of Pages to be Designed: 6 or more Description of Each Page: well, this is a hard area for me to describe since I would like the base of many of the pages to be the same header and footer. The Home Page would have the following sections on it: second section with rotating photos & some of my sacred sayings. Then below that would be 2-3 sections with Social media, Blog & Upcoming Event! The About page is simple with a photo of me and some content that is already written describing my vision for transformation. The Blog may or may not be a separate page...we will have to see what design you think is best for this. The Newsletter page will provide a place for people to sign up for the newsletter to be sent to the email ( I will need to make certain to know how to upload the newsletter and have it sent to all those who subscribe). The Workshops page will describe my biggest workshop and upcoming dates/location and price for that workshop. Maybe a sign-up and PayPal system for pre-booking for the workshop. Additional Comments: I do like blue as a color preference (like cherylrichardson.com), but I'm not opposed to new ideas on color.
