Customer Service Rep
Volt is currently seeking a Customer Service Rep in the Greenwood Village Area. The CSR will establish a working relationship with customers or company employees, by providing effective customer service for all internal and external customers by utilizing excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products and services as well as team members within the Customer Relation Department. Volt Workforce Solutions offers full-service staffing and talent management consulting to help local, regional, national, and international companies. Through niche recruiting expertise and project management, VWS delivers solutions in Administrative, Call Center, Technical and Manufacturing. Requirements: - Experience responding to customer complaints through the BBB or government agencies is a must. - High School diploma. Some college preferred. - Minimum 2-3 years related experience in customer relations/customer service environment. - Ability to effectively communicate information in a one-on-one and small group setting to customers, clients and other employees of the organization. - Time Management: the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
