You need to have proven ability to customize theme. Other requirements - 1, you may need to provide graphics/graphics customization 2, must install wordpress and theme on website 3, need to have experience with adding plugins like all-in-one-seo/wordpress seo by yoast; contact form 7; easy-ftp 4, should provide portfolio involving WordPress projects.
