Dynamic Santa Monica boutique Interactive Creative & Technology company is looking for one or more Sr. PHP Developers/Lead Architects to work on multiple types of development projects ranging from mobile micro-sites and applications to full blown web-portals and e-commerce platforms. Applicant must be comfortable working on multiple (simultaneous) projects with shifting goals and timelines. Candidates must also be able to manage other developers to ensure strict adherence to timelines and project goals. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to scoping, wireframing projects on inception, creating development schedules and co-ordinating with internal and external teams, hands on development and test case scenario development. Successful candidates will also posses good verbal and written communication skills, and think out of the box. This is a hands on role, but with a high level of strategic thinking, which could grow into a senior management position (with options) for the right candidate. Good working knowledge: Photoshop (export and optimization only), Fireworks (export and optimization only). Highly Desirable: Sencha, Tumult Hype (and other APIs/dev kits), Canvas, IIS, C#, iOS, Brew, JME, ASP, AS2/3, Oracle, Inno DB, Mongo DB/NoSQL, Memcache, Mumin, Lsync/Rsync, GD Library/Imagemagik, FFMPeg and similar server-side applications.
