Business System Analyst Duration: 15+ Months Location: Redwood City, CA Job Description: Looking for a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) for production support of Quote to Cash business area. IT Support experience for Oracle E-Business Suite 11i for Accounts Receivable, Service Contracts, Install Base, Pricing, Order Management and Quoting required. BSA will support IT Lead for addressing support incidents, month end billing support as well as testing and rolling out quarterly enhancements. IT Lead is working on an implementation project and this is a long term back-fill position. Ideal candidate profile: Techno-functional candidate who knows Oracle Service Contracts, Oracle AR, Oracle OM. Knowledge of Credit Management and Advanced Collections will be a big plus.
