I'm looking for a Drupal developer who can help me working on a subscription based web app. I've configured the basic user sign-up, subscription and a simple dashboard after they have logged in. Now I need to add some functionality to these dashboard pages. Specifically - ability to create, view and edit users of a different role (let's call them testing subjects). Each member should be able to view a listing of testing subjects that they have created. Testing subjects created by other members should not be visible.
