Immediate need for Tech/ Customer Service support seeking the hours between the hours of 8:00 to 4:30 with a 1/2hr lunch. Experience working with security alarms systems, access control systems and experience in troubleshooting, Additional duties would be technical support- explaining instructions, using appropriate templates and wiring diagrams to help install product over the phone. Will be responsible for communicating w/ customers by phone, fax, e-mail an, -distribute UL listings, product certification, and help customers navigate SDC website for Computer/IT Services company.
