Tech/Customer Service Support - The Hours Will Be 8:00 To 4:30 1/2hr Lunch
Immediate need for Tech/ Customer Service support seeking the hours between the hours of 8:00 to 4:30 with a 1/2hr lunch. Experience working with security alarms systems, access control systems and experience in troubleshooting, Additional duties would be technical support- explaining instructions, using appropriate templates and wiring diagrams to help install product over the phone. Programming and be will be keys to success in this stable organization. Will be responsible for communicating w/ customers by phone, fax, e-mail an, -distribute UL listings, product certification, and help customers navigate SDC website for Computer/IT Services company.
