Description: Our client is actively seeking a Remedy Solutions Developer . The Remedy Solutions Architect will be responsible for implementing and developing best practices for delivery of the BMC Remedy ITSM suite (Version 7.6) Atrium CMDB Product Family (Version 7.6), Atrium Discovery and Dependency Mapping (ADDM Version 8.2) and BMC Pro-Active Net Performance. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES * Participate in usability and requirements meetings and then implement solution or workflow based on needs. * Install, configure, customize, deploy and administer BMC products * Integrate BMC products to each other and third party applications * Improve the quality and efficiency of the solutions * Leverage out of the box configurations to solve complex business process needs. * Support full lifecycle Remedy application development * Perform requirements analysis, code analysis, system risk analysis, software reliability analysis * Develop Remedy workflow, forms, reports and filters. Design workflow to provide custom automation within forms. * Create, design, develop, test, and implement Remedy applications & workflow enhancement. QUALIFICATIONS * Bachelor*s degree in a computer or system science discipline and five (5) years of direct Remedy Development experience. * Must have experience configuring BMC/Remedy products and full product life-cycle to include development, integration, testing and documentation. He/she must also have experience with custom Remedy workflow, forms, reports and filters design and development to meet specified requirements. * Must be knowledgeable and experienced with Remedy ARS administration (v7.1 or above), Remedy ARS development (v7.1 or above including Filters, Active links, Mid-tier web interface, and a help desk module). * Experience implementing RDMBS-based enterprise computing solutions * Past experience working in a collaborative environment with multiple stakeholders * Experience in delivering projects using contemporary delivery methodologies (scrum, agile, RUP, etc.) * Strong customer interaction skills * Strong written and verbal skills. Negotiation skills and the ability to manage expectations * Self-Starter, adaptable, persuasive * ITIL V3 Foundations Certification or equivalent ITIL v2 Certification Required
