Looking for Senior technical maangers who have delivered and operated in Production Organization Hiring Location: NY/ NJ Title - Senior Technical Program Delivery Manager THIS IS NOT A CONVENTIONAL Program/ Project manager position. The key remit of the role is to: • Plan and strategize delivery of extrmely complex technical global programs for transformation. • Propose and present the approach to Sr mgmt across Global Technology organization. • Responsible for program planning, setting up charter, approach, scope, milestones and risks/ issues. • Responsible for ensuring the delivery and financial objectives are met on time and on budget. • Work with multiple global teams in matrixed environment. • Strategize, Plan, Transparency, Delivery in very aggressive timelines. Experience/Background: - 12+ years of experience working in financial industry managing highly complex technical delivery programs. - Must have proven delivery track record for complex global programs. - Must have experience with the full lifecycle of software development, including, participating in the design and implementation of a complex multi-tiered application - Solid understanding on ITIL methodology. - Must have worked in Production Services organization with focus on stability of production environment. - Must have technical background on Bladelogic for Deployment automation. - Must posses strong understanding/ delivery of Access Management concepts for production access lockdown. - Delivery record of equities tradeplant experience managing production environments. - Must have Configuration management/ ADDM experience. - Must be able to work under very challenging and aggressive environment in fast paced environment. - Ability to work in Matrix global environment. - Experience with Operations Support or Application Support functions highly desirable Personal Characteristics: - Previous experience with application development including scripting in the Financial Services Industry - Ability to understand business needs and clearly document business and functional requirements - Experience in communicating functional requirements to technical resources - Strong strategic, tactical and analytical skills - Highly motivated - Strong interpersonal skills and high standard team player. - Self starter, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. - Prime and utmost focus on delivery and meeting financial targets.
