SIEBEL DEVELOPER Location: HOUSTON, TX (local candidates preferred) Duration: 6 Months Required Skills: Strong knowledge in Siebel Architecture / Infrastructure Components / Modules and should have played the architect’s role for at least 4+ year. Must have Expertise in Siebel Configuration/EAI/Web services/EIM/Business Services Must be expert in creating complicated Integration Objects and Workflow Processes Must have Expertise in creating fully functional EBCs so that Siebel works of multiple databases seamlessly Must have experience in integrating Siebel with various other applications specifically Custom .Net Applications, Lodestar, etc Ability to drive the solution by providing multiple approaches and finalize the most appropriate one with ample reasoning (out of the box vs custom solution) Ability to anticipate bottlenecks / challenges upfront and mitigate them in the architecture/Design phase (like Siebel limitations/Performance issues etc) Strong functional knowledge in the energy domain Hands on Working experience - should be capable of developing quick prototypes to articulate the design / architecture Hands on experience with few of the most common tools (shell scripting/ETL/Java etc) Strong analytical/trouble shooting skills Excellent communication skills Education/Experience: This position requires 7+ years of experience with various aspects of Siebel applications. A four-year college degree in business or a technology related field is desired The candidate will need experience in creating technical specifications based on business requirements
