Je functie: Solution/reference architecture for Identity and Access Management - part of IAM team - work further on IAM architecture model, act as the guardian of the model - define and maintain IAM reference architecture governing processes and procedures - create/maintain IAM architecture documentation on concepts and specifications - help and advice on the IAM architecture implementation, including IAM components and interfacing bodies (organizational referential) - liaise with the stakeholders, security actors, user communities, asset owners, etc - participate in architecture governance process - follow market trends and new technologies of security and IAM domainJe profiel: - University Degree in IT or equivalent experience - 7-8 years of professional experience in IT, preferably in Banking or Insurance. - At least 2 years of experience in a solution/reference architect position in IT security and access management processes. Experience of IAM domain is highly preferred. - Conceptual knowledge of IS security standards and frameworks. - Project management orientation. Rigourous, methodical and analytical. - Have eye for detail, and being at the same time able to see the global picture. - Good communication (oral and written), negotiation and interpersonal skills. Languages: Fluent in English Good knowlegde of French or Dutch
