Kforce is looking for a versatile Accounting Analyst III for a large, publicly traded organization located in Eugene, Oregon. This role is a 4-6 month contract position. Some of your job responsibilities will include: Preparation of monthly journal entries for accruals Monthly reconciliations Prepare, examine, or analyze accounting records, financial statements, or other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards Develop, implement, modify, and document recordkeeping and accounting systems Perform other duties as assigned Analyze financial information and prepare financial reports to determine or maintain record of assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax liability, or other financial activities within an organization The successful applicant will possess the following requirements (items are required unless noted otherwise): Must have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related financial discipline An advanced degree in a financial discipline is preferred 5-7 years of financial and/or accounting experience are required SAP is a huge plus
