Ensures that all customer tickets are reviewed, triaged and resolved timely. Responsible for creation and execution of all ECMs in support of SWS application. Conducts daily application monitoring to ensure systems are running and stable. Leads on activities such as Annual Disaster Recovery testing exercise.
