Site will have two sides consisting of a listing/directory side and an auction side. DIRECTORY Small business listings can be searched by the public/viewer via zip code, category, or name. Businesses will be listed by category and subcategory. There will be ???business card listings??? (subcategory specific) that will be randomized every time the site is opened, ???billboard ad??? spaces will remain specific to the subcategory page, and ???banner ad??? spaces will cycle throughout the entire site. Microsite or link to business website if they have one. Hyperlinks to Facebook, Twitter, etc. Viewer can save favorites that they want to come back to (since listings randomize) (like eBay). Businesses will create an account- username/password to create and manage listing. Fill out form- upload information/images, payment info and form will automatically generate listing. Paypal will draw automatic monthly payments. Free optional transaction management between customer and business Customers can leave feedback/ratings, 5 star AUCTION Customers list jobs, businesses bid Workroom for client/vendor communication Required transaction management between customer and business- 10% transaction fee (paypal account) Customers can leave feedback/ratings, 5 star DESIGNER We will also need a smartphone app. How long to complete the job?
