Link Technologies is currently looking for a Unix Engineer for a one year contract assignment in Newark, DE. Required Skills: 3 years of experience with system administration of Solaris-based systems - hardware and software Ability and willingness to rack and build systems Proficient in at least one Scripting language (such as Bourne Shell or Perl) Ability and willingness to work extended hours, be on-call on a rotating basis, be available for emergency call-out, and carry a cell phone and/or pager Other Requirements: Educational requirements - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field Lifting - ability and willingness to perform physical tasks on occasion (for example, lifting and transporting computer hardware and equipment up to 75 lbs.)
